Show us your sims starter houses - where the sims move in with a tiny budget - how did you pull a house together?

Here lives two of the sims I play right now - a spare from a legacy challenge and his girlfriend. She loves pink and he loves green, so combining their taste was a bit of a challenge + they got absolutely no money, so I had to improvise to make their tiny house work.

I wanted something simple and modern with a lot of light, so this is what I build for them - I plan to attach rooms on it as they get more money

the house is quite small, but by not having it rectangular it was easier to fit things inside it

this is their living area and it hold all the functions of the house save the bath and toilet
Because you walk directly into the living area from the outside and they have a kitchen in the room I chose a tile floor, though it is rather unusual in a living area - it is really piratical. They plan to buy some small rugs once they get a bit more money.

I tried to use tiles and wallpaper instead of deco to make the space intersting as they have no money for knick knack

they got these amazing glass tiles, that has to make up for the lack of everything else that could make this bathroom Wink

Gosh I am looking forward to costume meshes

I was thinking about keeping this one to myself, but I decided to be nice and share.   Wink
