The mesh is Peggy Donation Zone http://www.peggyzone.com/html/Item10401__0041.html but as u can tell from the Donation part it is pay item  but try Bootyindex (type item sims 2 booty index in google and it should come up) and others have recoloured it as these good folk have said Good luck
